Irish Hills Farm is currently located on the Cumberland Plateau, just outside of Cookeville, Tennessee. Here at Irish Hills, not only are National Show quality registered Miniature Horses and Shetland Ponies bred and shown, Irish Hills has been home to National Champion, Multi-National Top Ten, and Hall of Fame winners.
The foundation of our Miniature Horse breeding program comes from proven National Champion winning and producing lines such as Gold Melody Boy, his grandson Boones Little Buckeroo and Rowdy. Our Shetland Pony breeding program is based on the winning bloodlines of Michigan, Arenosa, Rock E, and Graham. Our goal is to produce Miniature Horses and Shetland Ponies that can win in both halter and performance classes and be affordable to both those interested in a quality show animal or an animal just to love and adore at home. Because we believe strongly in our breeding program, all foals will be National Futurity nominated in their proper division with AMHR and/or ASPC. All Miniature Horses & Shetland Ponies registered with AMHR and ASPC carry the Irish Hills prefix, and those Minaiture Horses registered with AMHA carry the IHMS prefix.
